Juli Miller

Juli Miller, President and CEO of Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, shared her journey from intern to CEO over her 20-year career with the organization. Juli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Sciences and a Minor in Management from Purdue University.

Juli spoke about the importance of personal commitment, communication, and teamwork in driving success, inspiring us all to lead with empathy and purpose.

Mike Eskew

Next, we heard from Mike Eskew, Former Chairman and CEO of UPS and Purdue alumnus, who offered valuable insights from his 35 years at the company. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

From his early days as an industrial engineering supervisor to leading UPS through global expansion, Mike exemplified steady leadership, innovation, and the power of advancing business with purpose.

Danielle Green

Our final speaker, Danielle Green, Spokeswoman for the Wounded Warrior Project and former Notre Dame basketball player, left the room deeply moved. After sustaining a life-changing injury while serving in Iraq, Danielle transformed her experience into a lifelong mission of service.

Her story of courage and dedication to helping veterans and their families was a powerful reminder of the strength found in resilience and compassion.
