Introducing Kim Macko, our afternoon keynote speaker for the 2026 Monarch Conference! 💜🦋 Kim is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience driving growth, transformation, and innovation at Eli Lilly and Company. She holds a BS in Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and currently serves as Associate Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Lilly. Kim began her career in finance and treasury at Eli Lilly and ExxonMobil, building a strong foundation in financial and strategic leadership. She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and sharing insights on strategy, transformation, and leadership in high-growth environments. We can’t wait to hear Kim share her insights!

Introducing Tiffini Grimes, our morning keynote speaker for the 2026 Monarch Conference! 💜🦋 Tiffini is the Deputy Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator at Purdue University, providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership for a Big Ten athletics department. She oversees Football, Women’s Basketball, and 18 varsity sports, managing more than 300 staff members. With nearly two decades of senior leadership experience, her work spans NIL strategy, capital projects, organizational transformation, and advancing equity and student-athlete well-being. Tiffini has led meaningful change at some of the nation’s most competitive athletic programs. We’re so excited to hear more from Tiffini at this year's conference!
