Our recruitment cycle has ended for the Fall semester. We will reevaluate plans to hold a Spring 2026 recruitment cycle near the end of the Fall semester. See the recruitment tab for more information. 

While rooted in supporting women with an interest in business-related fields, Purdue Women in Business openly welcomes students of all majors and genders to join our club initiatives. Through our programming, we aim to equip students with the skills, experiences, and networks needed to succeed in their personal and professional pursuits.

Our members are required to attend the following events each semester to maintain full membership:

3 WiB Wednesday Meetings (out of 4)

4 Professional Development Meetings (out of 9)

3 Membership Meetings (out of 4 or 5)

Elections for Vice President roles are held during the second half of the Spring semester. Director applications open shortly after.

Yes, all WiB members are required to attend Conference to maintain full membership. Please reach out to our executive team with any questions or concerns.
